A very beautiful hotel with attentive staff, from the reception team to housekeeping and the breakfast crew, all of whom are welcoming and serve a good, varied menu throughout the week, plus a quality massage service. I really liked the pool, especially the shade provided by the trees so you can swim without waiting for evening. However, the air conditioning in my room didn’t get very cold, and the three other rooms on the same floor had noticeably different, cooler temperatures.

The buffet breakfast was wide and the staff even went out of their way to prepare vegetarian dishes for a family member. The view was scenic and the hotel was close to the beach, and I appreciated that the bathroom was separate from the basin. However, the location felt remote, with no street lighting at night, as the Grab driver I rode with noted, and the twin bed was small.

The hotel is nice, the pool and overall layout are great. Breakfast was good, and the cocktails at the bar were nice. All in all, a great stay at Relo, though the building site next door was a distraction.
