The staff were helpful and decent, and the place itself is very pretty, which kind of makes up for the room. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, wooden and creaked with every movement. On top of that I didn’t get what I had booked.

The photos gave the impression of a tidy, friendly, welcoming place, but the reality was quite different. The narrow day we spent at the hotel was stressful, and unfortunately the experience at the restaurant was not positive.

It’s a quiet spot, and we liked the attached mini zoo. The rooms were clean and had a bathtub. Breakfast was late; at 8 am the reception was still closed. Handing over the key was a bit troublesome – we weren’t told we could just leave it in the door.
