How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The front desk staff were friendly and the security guard in the parking lot was helpful, but the towels we received were clearly heavily used. Housekeeping only showed up when we asked for it, and there wasn’t even a sponge or soap to wash the dishes in the room.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff attentive, and the overall facilities felt solid. On the flip side, the food left a lot to be desired – the kitchen seemed under‑prepared and the meals were pretty mediocre.

Staff were courteous and the hotel’s location was spot‑on for everything we wanted to see. The only real gripe was the café: coffee prices were way too high and the pricing system felt unfair, making it hard for guests to enjoy a simple drink.
