The location was great, within walking distance or a couple of tram stops from most Istanbul landmarks; the property and room were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even arranging a hamam booking and an airport transfer for us.

The location was incredibly convenient for reaching historic areas and the best evening spots on foot, and the tram stop was very close; we chose the largest room, which was incredibly comfortable; breakfast was lovely, carefully prepared with local products; the staff were always ready to meet our extra requests, very kind, smiling, and helpful.

Very close to everything, the staff were wonderful and very helpful; the room was ample but outdated, comfortable, and being in the middle of Galata made the place very convenient; breakfast was good.
