I was chilled by the cool zones – they were really cool!

The location and the nice people were good, but when I arrived I had booked a 4‑person room and they told me it was no longer available because they were in a temporary new building, so I got a 6‑person room even though I paid for a 4‑person room; after walking around I saw a 4‑person room but I didn’t say anything.

The staff were great, super friendly and kind, and there were so many different events that you never get bored; the location is perfect, but the bathroom isn’t comfy for a shower.
