We’ve stayed at this hotel for over seven years! It’s always clean, updated, and the staff are phenomenal. The front desk clerks were very friendly, the housekeepers kept the room tidy and stocked, the pool and outdoor area were meticulous, and the gym had plenty of equipment, was clean, and had water, towels, and sanitizer wipes. We’ve never been disappointed. The only frustration was that we were told there were no corner rooms available, and the beach‑view room (319) was blocked by large palm trees, ruining the view we love from our balcony in the early morning and evenings. We mentioned this to the front desk on arrival, but they said they had no other options. It was annoying, especially since our room nights were over $300 a night.
