How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Nothing at all! This so‑called “Hotel Georg”, Stockumer Str. 35, 58453 Witten, is not a hotel but a regular row house that doesn’t live up to the name. 1. There is no reception. 2. Everything is dusty and dirty. 3. There is no room key or keycard, only a code sent to your phone when you call the owner. 4. The booked breakfast buffet was cancelled by the owner because of a lack of hotel staff (none present!).

Great price‑performance ratio, very nice boss, will return anytime.

I found no toilet paper, and everything felt shabby and half‑broken.

The reception was unmanned and the entrance required a keypad, which was a bit troublesome, but a phone call prompted help twice within five minutes. I found the value for money decisive and was satisfied with my stay. The room and bathroom were fine. Breakfast was simple but adequate, especially the fresh rolls which were excellent.

The stay was pleasant. The room was spacious and bright. The TV worked and the bathroom was acceptable. Breakfast was a bit Spartan, but it was filling.
