Great views, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the bar and rooftop areas were nice, the room was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, very clean, good location. The shower setup was unusual and after each use there was a lot of water on the floor. No exhaust fans so the bathroom stayed very damp.

The hotel looked stunning and the staff were welcoming, the room was spacious and spotless. We were told the staff should hand out the ferry timetable and mention the nearby beach when guests arrive; we missed that info. It would also help to explain how easy it is to walk into town and what’s available there. We enjoyed the piano in the bar, but it would be great to have a performer more than once a week.

I was blown away by the beauty of the place.

The property was gorgeous with fabulous views, the rooms were roomy, and the location was quiet yet close enough to walk to the city center and the ports. The breakfast staff felt a little stiff at times, and the “bag check” had our bags tucked behind planters and shuffled around the lobby, which was unsettling.

I spent three days there in early October and the location was excellent, the facilities outstanding, and the room large and very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic and the restaurant by the pool was very good. The lobby was fantastic, and we enjoyed every part of our stay. I can’t think of anything negative.
