The location was great, the hotel’s interior was beautiful and unique, and the breakfast was excellent. The service was professional and pleasant. Everything was just fine!

The place is spot‑on, close to everything, and the staff—Louise at reception and Linda the concierge—were super helpful and friendly. The pillows were too soft, making it hard to sleep well.

The staff, especially Marlon, who speaks Portuguese fluently and was super helpful! Nothing.

Great location and good facilities. Our second night was very noisy because there was a birthday party in the downstairs courtyard.

Classy hotel, perfect welcoming, perfect location, excellent staff. Good breakfast, limited variety but delicious. Drink selection in the bar. Cupboards in the room, not suitable to general style of the hotel
