The room was spotless and super comfy
The staff were friendly and welcoming
The hotel was fine, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. It wasn't the most exciting place, but it was a solid choice

“It was convenient but not worth the price if you don’t get a good rest”
The location was convenient, but the noise from the ice machine made it impossible to sleep, so I won’t return.
“Clean, safe area, nice staff, comfortable rooms”
The spot is safe, the rooms clean, the bed comfortable, and the breakfast good for the price; it’s 15‑20 minutes from downtown with nearby eateries and cafés, and the king bed was super cozy—great value overall.
“It served its purpose.”
The bed was comfortable, breakfast was included, laundry services were available, and getting to Nashville was easy.
“Overall, our stay was pleasent, though I don't think I'd choose Comfort Inn again.”
The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and well kept, the continental breakfast was decent, and parking was free, but the beds were terrible; we asked for a room change and discovered every room had the same issue, which was my sole complaint.
Breakfast was good, but I’d have liked it open a bit longer; the drink machines barely worked, especially the Coke ones.
