The staff were great and the balcony view was stunning, but there were no ACs in any of the rooms as advertised; the front desk did offer us better rooms.

The hotel was big and nice, a good change of pace, the pool was pleasant and the people were friendly; it felt a bit too quiet for such a large place, especially in low season when some guests might wander around; the food was okay, but I’d expect more on the plate; still, we’ll come back!
