The location was good. The room had numerous broken items, dents, and a dirty floor and couch.

The location on the Strip is superb, and the bus stop is just a short walk away. The hotel and apartment were very clean, and the pool was well maintained. Booking a room with a view of the fountain and TheSphere is truly worthwhile. The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly, and someone was always reachable for questions. The only downside was the location.

I liked that valet parking was included in the price, the location was good, and overall I liked it; I’ll return for a decent price. The conditions and cleaning could have been better, there was nothing stocked as promised at the reservation stage, window sills were dusty, and some other surfaces were dirty. The bed was good and everything else was decent.
