The location was superb, well connected to the Medina and key sights. Othmane’s friendly, attentive, and personal service made the experience fantastic. Breakfasts were among the best we’ve had—plentiful and tasty. The rooms kept their traditional charm, which added to the authentic cultural feel. We’re grateful for the stay, especially after a disappointing previous booking elsewhere. The only drawback was the steep, high stairs on the upper floors; if you’re sleepy it can be a bit of a shock, but that’s part of the traditional architecture and cultural allure. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The stairs are narrow, steep, and tiring to climb to the room.

Otman’s welcome, who did his best with limited resources, was good. The location is fine. The dar should be avoided. Breakfast is minimalistic, the room smells unpleasant, there’s no cleaning or extra towel and sheet changes, no terrace as shown in photos, no free toiletries as advertised, and no wardrobe in the rooms as promised. The dar could be lovely without these annoyances.

Only perk: beautiful riad from the reception. Do not book They will increase the price for your stay 1. The manager was not responding to my messages or there at all. A student worker is there. 2. You get no set of keys for entry so you basically have to rely on the student worker to open for you 3. I had old mold patches in my bathroom 4. They refused giving me coffee before breakfast, when i had to leave
