I loved the scenery and the many walks around the area, it felt like a bubble away from the city with plenty of local shops or supermarkets nearby, and there were no complaints.

It was a truly special stay in a great location, a characterful little house in a former chapel that has all the comforts; the place is quiet and very beautiful, perfect for escaping the bustle and enjoying the view of their château, with a lovely pool and a friendly dog that greets you. The hosts were very kind and gave many good tips, making our time there relaxed and pleasant, and they even drove us to the nearby village of Saint Cenerie in one of their old cars, which was an experience in itself. Overall we enjoyed it and definitely want to return. There were no drawbacks; there is no shower, only a bathtub, and although I am 1.80 m tall, it worked fine.

Staying in an ancient chapel with a small kitchen, bath, and shower was fantastic; the grounds are huge and the surrounding villages are very picturesque, and the very helpful hosts Jean and Catherine went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable.

Breakfast was arranged on my own, but my partner is tall and showering in the bathtub, which was positioned on a slanted side, was not very comfortable.
