“clean and comfortable room, convenient location, and courteous staff”
The beds and pillows were excellent, and the shower was strong and spotless; the room was mostly clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous, and they managed to give us a lower‑floor room as requested. However, I woke up sneezing from an allergy attack caused by a smoke and possibly mildew smell, and the hallway was noisy with people walking before 7 am. Also, we only received two tissues in the tissue box.
