Our 13‑person group was very satisfied with our stay in Tiflis. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the friendly, helpful staff made our visit very enjoyable. A special thank you goes to David and Wowa at the reception; both were incredibly nice, attentive, and always met our requests. We especially appreciated that the rooftop terrace was opened for us in the evenings, letting us wind down together—a gesture that was not taken for granted and delighted us. We also want to mention our lovely cleaning lady Natalja, who was very friendly, warm, and always ensured everything was clean and tidy. A few small items like yogurt at breakfast, small spoons, or ground coffee were sometimes not fully available, but we could overlook that with a wink. All in all, as a large group we felt very comfortable at the hotel and would gladly recommend it for a stay in Tiflis. Thanks to the whole team for the wonderful time!
