The bus service and the Lan Ha bay excursion were very good and affordable. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was especially hearty and delicious.

The staff helped arrange tours and a taxi without any trouble, thanks to a very friendly and helpful man who spoke decent English, and the location worked well for us. However, the bathroom was far from clean – there was mould, a loose toilet seat, a cracked sink and general dirt, plus only one thin towel per person, which felt insufficient; the bedroom was okay but the mattress was hard and the pillow thin, and breakfast was disappointing, very limited, not tasty and poorly replenished.

Localización buena. Desayuno con muy poca calidad, al llegar nos cambiaron 3 veces de habitación porque no fue lo que contratamos, calidad precio muy deficiente
