St Andrews Guest House was very tidy and cozy, plus it included a basic kitchenette, dining table and chairs, making it excellent value; close to all amenities, and even though we only stayed one night it would be the perfect pick for anyone extending their stay in Irvine.

It’s a lovely place to stay, the room was spotless and comfortable, check‑in was straightforward and communication was spot on; I arrived late and left early, but I’d book again next time I’m in the area without hesitation – 10/10.

The location was great with parking right outside the door, the access code worked smoothly, the bed was comfortable, and the fridge/microwave in the room were handy; the room was exceptionally clean. However, the room looked like it was only halfway through decorating, so a few issues popped up, but I’ve mentioned them to the owner and they’ll almost certainly be fixed – otherwise there’s nothing to complain about.

The rooms were spacious and fantastic, and everything was in perfect order.

The location was fantastic, with plenty of shops and amenities just a 1–3 minute walk away; the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and both check‑in and check‑out were simple and hassle‑free – nothing could make me happier.
