Very affordable, but the breakfast was very minimal.

We were heading to Central Chiangmai Airport, so staying only 200‑300m from the mall was perfect. The room was spotless and everything worked well. The staff were incredibly friendly, let us check‑in early at 9 AM just to drop off our luggage, and even offered breakfast that was supposed to be the next day. I’m grateful for that. With such a reasonable price, a good room and great service, I hope to return soon :)

It’s close to the airport and a mall, so a single night is fine but not for longer stays. The staff were friendly, helped us, and we were given water because they wouldn’t clean the room. The breakfast they offer isn’t worth it; it’s the same every day and the chicken porridge doesn’t taste good, only one day had fruit and the rest of the days it was removed. The room has many ants and it seems they don’t control that. The shower was broken and the bathroom was very small. Also, it’s extremely noisy at night because it’s in front of the highway, so I wouldn’t stay there for more than one night again.
