The air conditioner didn't work, the bed and pillows were bad, the shower didn't heat and had little water; overall everything felt low quality and the price didn't match, so I didn't like anything. Check‑in was difficult, and the only perk—being in downtown Goiânia—turned into a drawback because after 4:00 am no one sleeps due to the noise from buses at the station right across the street.

The reception gave no directions, the stairs were steep and the minibar had no water—having to climb over 124 steps for one drink that should have been provided at the front desk, and the front desk didn't give a phone number to call from the room. The balcony was visible but not all guests could see it. The room itself was very good, clean, and the coffee was excellent for the price, though the TV was broken and I couldn't catch the latest shows.
