“Bem agradável”
The location is close to Cusco’s historic center, but there are many stairs to reach the room, which matters at high altitude.
The spot was great and the bathroom had been nicely updated; we were let in right away after our Airbnb down the street didn’t send a message, so at 10 pm we found this hotel and the staff got us in quickly! The breakfast was cold and the room felt outdated, but the bathroom was nice.
“Bem localizado, mas MUITO barulhento.”
The hotel has an excellent location, hot showers, clean rooms, and the overall setup is a pleasure. The downside is that there are speakers scattered around, and the staff play music at a very loud volume at night and in the early morning (starting at 5 am); I had to get out of my pajamas to ask for silence. If you value rest, it’s better to request a back‑room, but you’ll have to climb more stairs (no elevator).
I loved staying near the plaza and the quiet vibe close to San Blas, and the staff were super helpful and the breakfast was good.
Location is incredible- great restaurants nearby- 5 minutes to the main plaza- staff very helpful and nice
