The location and the bed are very comfortable. Some reception people can be a bit rude at times, but overall the staff is very attentive. The showers should have telephone heads, and it would be great to have a sanitary shower and/or bidet in the bathroom.

The location and common areas are very good. The room’s bathroom had mold on the ceiling, and when the sink was opened, water smelled like a drain.

The location is fine. The room was dirty and unhygienic, had no A/C, the heater was not clean, there was no intercom, and I had to change rooms twice. Ventilation was poor, so I had to open windows and endure the noise. It was not value for the money: bath‑tub knobs were broken, the shower was hard to reach, there was no running water, towels were dirty, and they seemed to have been washed for years without being changed. This should be noted and the hotel removed from the list.

The location is good. Maintenance is lacking, especially in the bathrooms. Reception staff are not friendly. For the price paid there are many better hotels.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, with plenty of great options for my two‑year‑old and plenty of good gluten‑free choices for my dad. However, there was no hot water; it was okay for us adults, but too cold for my three‑year‑old. The noise was another problem: a high‑school group was staying there, and their farewell party kept the kids making a lot of noise outside our window until about 10 p.m. I was traveling with my , my two‑year‑old son, and my parents, so this was quite disruptive, especially in the evening. Aside from that, everything else was fine – the food was really good and the buffet had great options for my little one as well as good gluten‑free choices for my dad.
