“Generally descent but the hot water issue and the channel selection was a bummer.”
The staff were friendly. We lost hot water on the last night of our stay, and the channel selection is awful in this day and age.

The rooms are large and very clean. The staff are very friendly. Everything was fine.

The only problem was that there was no coffee or tea available at any time, and with only 2 minutes left for morning breakfast we had no coffee, cups, or access.

The room was spacious and there was ample parking. The pool area was nasty, especially the pool itself; the walls were dirty and black.

The hotel is very pretty and comfortable, the breakfast is basic but good quality. The only thing I didn’t like was that it didn’t correctly specify the location relative to Zion National Park because there are two entrances; I was heading to the park with the river between the canyon and thought it was 15 minutes from the entrance, but it was actually an hour away. It’s actually close to Kolob Zion National Park. This detail matters because it affected us a lot and we couldn’t complete the activity we had planned.
