The room was very basic, the shower head was broken, and it felt like typical student accommodation.

I liked the staff—they were friendly and accommodating, but the hot water was turned off after my first night and the towels were a little dirty.

I never even got out of the car; the parking was full of crack heads and the lot was filthy and overgrown—just a horrible place. My workmates refused to stay, and when I asked for a partial refund the response was far from friendly.

The place did provide a bed and a shower, nothing more. Upon arrival, the parking area was littered with garden furniture, debris, and concrete slabs blocking the front door, so I had to clear everything myself. It was also the first time I stayed somewhere that didn’t supply toilet paper in the en‑suite.
