I never received an invoice at check‑in or check‑out, and the number of bath towels was disappointing—our family of four simply didn't have enough. The lack of towels and the missing coffee pot were also issues.

“The staff was friendly, the options for breakfast was ok, the location was great.”

Getting to the college was convenient, but the floor inside my room was uneven; every time I or the next guest walked, the chest, table and closet rattled loudly, and the drawers kept opening on their own. I ended up sinking into the middle of the bed, which caused two sleepless nights.

The overnight manager was very friendly and helpful, giving clear details about breakfast times and available amenities, which was the only highlight of our stay. However, the room was unclean, smelled of cigarettes, and the toilet was broken—every time it was used I had to lift the lid to stop it from running. Shower water only reached ankle depth because the drain was clogged, and the mattresses felt very firm, leaving me very dissatisfied with the room quality.

“Quiet and Comfortable Stay.”

The location, friendliness, comfort, air conditioning, space, bathroom cleanliness, staff, and parking were all great. Nothing negative.
