I stayed in room 55; although it was small, it was cheerful and clean. I appreciated a daily bottle of water, an espresso machine with capsules, and excellent housekeeping—bed making and towel changes. The only downside was the lack of slippers, which made using the bathroom a bit inconvenient for me.

The location was convenient, with buses and trams to the city center. The place was very clean and the staff very friendly. The room was a bit small but sufficient for a good stay; modern and very functional. If we return to the city, we’ll probably stay here again. The breakfast might be a little pricey, but it offers many options and is a very good buffet.

The hotel was clean and well‑located, and the breakfast itself was good, but there were frequent shortages: no plates, forks, bread, juice glasses, or coffee cups, and the coffee machine was “full” while the water tank was “empty”. We had to wait or ask for these items repeatedly. When we told the front desk that we would be leaving at 4:30 a.m. a few days later and asked for coffee and a pastry to go, the check‑in staff said it would be fine, yet the evening shift later told us that breakfast wouldn’t start until 6:00 a.m. and the coffee machine wouldn’t work before then, so we ended up with neither a croissant nor coffee, although she did manage to drink coffee at that moment.
