Staffing was exceptional – we were in the restaurant for dinner on Friday night, the food was outstanding and our server was top notch! All servers should take notice. We had many platings and our server gave the best service at all times, making sure our drinks were always topped up and plates cleared ready for the next service. We had lunch in the restaurant on Saturday, but the staff were not as exceptional; they brought plates out when our table was still full of empty plates, showing no thought on process.
