How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were pleasant and helpful, yet they spent most of their time in the lounge playing ping‑pong while serving a breakfast buffet that offered virtually nothing – just juice, two kinds of fruit, coffee, tea and toast. Trash was scattered everywhere, the lounge chairs had been cleared out for guests leaving insufficient seating, and the overall value for money was terrible.

The location is to die for. The beach is practically private with few people outside of the hotel visiting. Very quiet. The room was very comfortable. Aging but lovely and nothing to complain about, staff were very polite. Beach was spotless as was the pool area. An outrageously wonderful amount of crabs on the beach. I was obsessed with this, if tiptoeing around hundreds of them in the evening scares you, Be aware of this. We were here in march-April so towards the end of the season so the spa wasn’t open. Breakfast was very limited, you could order eggs, ham. There was bread you could toast with butter and jam as well as watermelon and pineapple. Very limited but an okay way to start the day. The water was beautiful and the location really can’t be beat, you’re 2 minutes from the town. Really wonderful place to stay. Be aware of the local dogs. I am dog OBSESSED but we had to be very careful not to interact. We stopped walking home from the town in the evening and opted to get driven back as one night my partner got bitten several times by one dog as we were walking home. It was a playful happy dog clearly full of mischief and energy but we were lucky it didn’t break skin, it did actually bruise his arm. 3 more dogs joined it in the last stretch of our walk and we saw them often afterwards. This is nothing to do with the hotel at all - just a word of warning as we adore animals but him getting bitten really did scare us

The location is great by a beautiful beach, but you need to be aware of the tide and current that affect the shoreline. There were a lot of trash cans on the whole island, so litter wasn’t removed from the beach. During our stay, glass shards were picked up from the beach. It would be appreciated if the hotel staff could sweep the beach in the morning, as they do at Sivalai, the neighboring hotel.

The team went out of their way to be warm and attentive, and the location was convenient for reaching the pier and main street, with our beachfront villa offering a stunning sea view. Unfortunately, the room we received was filthy, with stained bedding, a dirty, unhygienic bathroom, cobwebs and a grimy floor; the furnishings were basic and both the room and the whole property felt worn out, while breakfast was disappointing and the price‑performance ratio was completely off, so we wouldn’t recommend staying here.
