The location was good and the staff were friendly. The hotel had a typical Parisian feel, not huge but tidy. It was hard to judge the quality because the lobby and part of the hotel were under renovation, and breakfast was served at another hotel. Overall, it was a plus, but it was a shame there was no notice that work was being done. The price didn’t match the quality, but it was during a trade fair, so that was understandable.

Nothing positive; I was double‑charged and still haven’t received a refund. The app didn’t respond when I placed the order and only later got a confirmation by email, which was too late and I need one of the double bookings refunded ASAP. If not, I’ll never use it again. The elevator didn’t work the first day, towels weren’t changed daily, and the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

The breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean, and the staff were welcoming. The hotel is positioned opposite the Palais des Congrès.
