“Für eine Nacht ok.”
The location near Holzkirchen is convenient, dogs are allowed, and the price is reasonable during Oktoberfest. The bathroom is extremely small, the shelf under the mirror is unusable, dust in corners and crevices wasn't removed, the carpet had been uncleaned for a long time, and there were spider webs hanging from the corners and ceiling (mixed with dust for a while). The room is very noisy; bring earplugs.
We stayed just one night on a layover, had almost no interaction with the staff, the room was fine, and the price was good.
There was no breakfast.

The staff were very friendly, the room was simple and clean, and the place is close to the highway. In the neighboring town, which is also reachable on foot, there's a grocery store, Penny, and a bakery that is open on Sundays. Everything was fine.
