The place was extremely clean and the onsen water was just the right temperature, but the breakfast buffet could have offered a few more options.

I liked being able to help myself to coffee anytime, the staff always wore friendly smiles, and the big public bath was great.

The staff were courteous, but the room reeked of damp mold and there was a large spider web tucked into a corner.

I stay at Route‑In properties from time to time; the parking is right out front and the breakfast was, as always, delicious.

The staff’s service was excellent. The lingering odor in the smoking‑allowed room was a drawback.
