“yes another pleasant stay”

We keep coming back because this hotel never lets us down; it’s spotless, well kept, pet‑friendly, and within walking distance of downtown. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the restaurant is excellent, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. On our last visit, we stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with a great view and a huge TV. Parking is convenient and the service is outstanding throughout, making it a perfect choice for our family. The reception team is a real asset—friendly, professional, helpful, and always welcoming. I like everything.

“Dezamăgitor.”

I was shocked by the filthy bathroom and the whole room—spider webs everywhere. The place looked nothing like the exterior image, and I even took photos to prove it.

“Lovely boutique hotel in the city center”

This boutique hotel is situated 1 step away from the old city center of Timișoara, recently refurbished rooms that are comfortable and clean. Super king sized beds with extra comfy pillows and good water pressure in the shower, lovely breakfast spread and staff was kind all around. Special thanks to the reception manager who went above and beyond to accommodate our family. The layout of the hotel is a bit tricky (you acces 2,3,4 via 1st floor ) and corridors are quite long so beware if you have any mobility issues. There were some small mishaps with our initial room but the staff managed to turn the situation around quickly so no disruption was created to our stay
