The bathroom in my room needed a clean, but otherwise everything was fine.

Everybody was nice. Cleaning lady was exceptional. When I arrived, they said payment through booking. com did not go through. And charged my card again. Money was eventually refunded, but strange charges have been going through and I have had to cancel my card and get a new number. It was compromised

Housekeeping still needs improvement: my room contained a pair of socks that weren’t mine and there was hair in the shower.
