The hotel is tailored for foreigners, and the staff have the right approach to guests. They’re fully ready to handle all tours, tickets, and give accurate information. If you contact the hotel via WeChat beforehand, you can plan everything at reasonable, realistic, and not inflated prices. Breakfast is very convenient for any guest. It’s very convenient for park locations, Avatar Mountain, and the Glass Bridge. The sewage system is a problem. Unfortunately, the room had a strong musty smell. Other than that, there are no complaints, everything is super.

The hotel is perfect. The location is great for getting into the park (about 20 minutes walking from the East entrance) and for heading out to the city at night. The staff, Chen and Lee, are super friendly and well prepared. They helped us get park tickets, explained how to explore the park, and assisted with the washer and dryer. Breakfast is good and varied.

Un hotel limpio, bien ubicado junto al río, con buen desayuno, y lo más notable, una atención cálida y atenta. El personal está siempre atento a hacer las mejores recomendaciones, para poder disfrutar esta magnífica zona sin pagar de más!
