The location is good in the city center, with a direct metro line. The basic amenities are comfortable, but it was not clean enough.

Located in the heart of Madrid, the Caballero Errante hotel offers a unique blend of styles amidst the city's key financial and commercial districts. Situated 100 metres from Plaza de Castilla, guests enjoy easy access to the Juan Carlos I trade fair site, historic city centre, and the world-famous Santiago Bernabéu football stadium via the convenient public transport network.

I stayed here for the game against Atlético. The location is great, close to the metro, and the value is really good. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and room service came every day. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but that’s a personal preference.

I got a broken bed and the hotel was very expensive.

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I booked a spa room and received a room with a public toilet—open 10 cm at the bottom and 15 cm at the ceiling, so there was no privacy while using it. Paying that much for a toilet of such a shameful standard is a scandal. I demand compensation or I will never book again.

The location was fine, but the hotel itself was terrible; everything else was bad.
