There was no breakfast and I didn’t like anything. The room had no air‑conditioning, a carpeted floor, old and crowded furnishings, bad curtains that didn’t block outside light, and the windows looked out onto the building’s open part. The room didn’t even have a glass cup, and I won’t even mention coffee or tea. The elevator door was also carpeted. We couldn’t find a staff member to process our check‑out at 7 am; after waiting 15 minutes we left the hotel with a note on the room key cards explaining the situation.

Comfort was lacking, staff were not friendly, the room felt uncomfortable, there were no services, the area felt somewhat unsafe—though the location was good, it could be risky if you’re alone—and the hotel was noisy with poor sound insulation.
