The location and balcony view were excellent, and the area was quiet yet close to the beach. Our next flight was very early, so we needed to leave before breakfast; knowing this, the staff prepared a to-go breakfast ready for us at check‑out. On the last night, a birthday party with a DJ and very loud music was happening right below our room, making it impossible to sleep with the next day’s flight. Worse, water came back up through the bathroom drain, leaving a strong sewage smell in the room. If we had known the hotel would host such an event during our stay, we would never have chosen to stay here. Considering the high room rate and extra parking charge, we expected far more comfort and respect for guests.
