The staff are the best in the world! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and they helped with everything, even keeping the secret. They were very kind and service‑oriented. The rooms are very pretty and modern, located in an excellent spot. We will definitely come back. Thanks for everything.

The location is great and the staff are very friendly, yet my bathroom was poorly cleaned, with hair in the bathtub and on the floor.

Everything was perfect, but the breakfast could be better.

The hotel is in a good spot, and the reception staff are friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was very dark and noisy from traffic outside. There was a rooftop bar, but no one ever showed up to serve.

The reception staff were always kind, supportive, and smiling, which I really appreciated.
