We really enjoyed our stay at Leodikya Kirman Premium! The hotel left only positive impressions — great grounds, tasty food, cleanliness, comfort and very friendly staff. It’s clear they really try to make guests’ holiday pleasant. A special big thank you to Kamran for his attention, friendliness and care! He made our holiday even more comfortable and left a very pleasant impression. Thanks! ❤️ Definitely want to come back again

“Disappointing and felt like a scam”

There were a couple of members of staff (Emrah and Maxim - waiters + Iqbal - lobby bar) who offered good service and went over and above to make sure we were happy. Our room was clean and the cleaning staff work very hard to keep them so. This is listed as a 5* Ultra All Inclusive resort and priced accordingly but it does not deliver anything close to that standard. Check-in was cold and rushed – no welcome, no orientation, receptionist just said "passports" and gave a key. Our first room was damp-smelling with aircon we couldn't control ourselves (had to call reception to turn down) and a car park view; my son's room was so small you could barely walk around the bed. We were moved after complaining, but the new room overlooked the pool where the blaring music played from 10am until midnight – barely any sleep all week. "Ultra All Inclusive" turned out to mean extra charges everywhere: €130 for lobster at the "lobster" restaurant, €55 per person for the steak restaurant, €25 for the shisha bar. The buffet food (breakfast and dinner) is well below 5* standard, and staff at breakfast were visibly uninterested in serving us. Poolside drinks come in soggy paper cups. A "special table with champagne" we were promised for one evening didn't exist when we turned up – staff had no idea what we were talking about and we had to seat ourselves. Maintenance throughout the resort (shared spaces) is poor: fittings coming off walls, dirty upholstery, broken flooring, and unsafe holes in the pool area (my son fell in and hurt himself). Every toilet we used was dirty, with toilet paper left on the floor. The hotel tried to smooth things over with the room change and offers of à la carte (which as above were often not communicated to the restaurant staff and so didn't transpire anyway), but none of it addressed the underlying gap between what was advertised and what was actually delivered. This is not a 5* resort

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was truly perfect: the sea, the room, the food, the pools… we absolutely loved everything. The hotel is magnificent and very well maintained. A big thank you also to all the staff, who were adorable and attentive to us. A special mention for Erkan, who welcomed us wonderfully from the moment we arrived and really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We also thank Paşa and Murat, top servers, always smiling, caring and very professional. We leave with very beautiful memories and will return with great pleasure! I recommend this hotel 100 %.
