“A beautiful, relaxing weekend away with total privacy and bonus having your own pool to relax in”
I liked the privacy, the food was exceptional and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever had in Thailand. Nothing else.

The size of the place was good, and the view was very nice. One staff member genuinely checked on us and made sure we were okay; he was an older gentleman with glasses, probably on the night shift. He was extremely respectful, kind, and professional, and he was the only person who made us feel welcomed and cared for during our stay. We truly appreciated his attitude and the way he treated us. The place did not feel clean at all, and there was a very unpleasant smell. The swimming pool also looked like it wasn’t cleaned or maintained properly, which made the overall experience even worse. Unfortunately, our experience with the staff was extremely disappointing. We felt that they took advantage of us and were not honest, especially when it came to money. It seemed like they were more focused on getting extra payments from us than providing good service or being transparent. The reception area was another issue—it was completely open, with the employee sitting outside in the open air, which was very strange and did not feel professional at all. Overall, the place needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, customer service, and professionalism. Based on our experience, we felt uncomfortable and disappointed, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

Super establishment, calm and pretty. The staff are not up to the level of the hotel.

I kept getting lizards, or what they call “aboubriç”, so many that when I was asleep I could feel one crawling over me and even find it inside my clothes bags. The staff were awful; one woman had bad manners and was a Muslim, while the other, though not Muslim, behaved better and was kinder.

The hidden‑hotel concept was cool, but the toilet door was broken, the handles and other fixtures were worn out, and dust was everywhere. Breakfast could only be ordered between 9 and 9:30 am. The bed was tiny, the bedroom lacked a table, and the lounge area was pretty useless.
