The staff were very friendly and found solutions to your requests. The pool was a bit small.

The staff were extremely helpful; when I was scammed, a cab driver took us back to the hotel and the reception team got in touch with hotel security and even arranged a transfer to the police station, doing everything they could. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was pricey but the buffet had an excellent range and quality. We chose this location because we were arriving from a river cruise and it was close to the docking area and the central train station, but the layout made it hard to leave without a cab; getting an Uber or Bolt required a long walk or a direct walk to the destination, which ended up being costly.

I didn’t eat at the hotel, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I absolutely loved Brugge. Parking was expensive.
