The laundry guy was the only staff member who showed real courtesy and professionalism. The hotel, however, charged more than what I paid through Booking when I checked in – I was billed XOF 80K instead of XOF 50K. Breakfast was missing even though it was listed in the price, the room had uncovered electrical sockets, and the POS wouldn’t accept USD; they said they only took XOF or Euro, which wasn’t mentioned at booking. The cleanliness and surroundings were appalling.

I really liked the hotel’s location right near shops. The room was very spacious, well equipped, and the air‑conditioning was a plus. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Breakfast was good. The only downside was that there was only one towel for two people and just one soap; I had to ask for more.

The hotel was surprisingly accommodating when I had to adjust my reservation, and every corner of the room stayed impeccably clean throughout my stay. It’s the kind of place where you can relax knowing the staff will bend a little and the housekeeping never misses a spot.
