The location in downtown Cody is ideal, and the historic relevance of the Irma is fascinating and adds to the overall experience.

The history is great, but there were no working plugs in the bathroom sinks.

The famous Irma was a great stay; the rooms were typical, clean, and comfortable with a great atmosphere, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant food was tasty—thanks to Kevin for all the helpful tips—yet the staff overall seemed a bit tired and unhelpful.

Our friends who traveled with us were assigned a ground‑level room next to the back‑of‑house delivery area; it was noisy and they couldn't get a good night's sleep.

The spot in town was convenient, but I was exhausted and the pillows were subpar. The sink in the main room was tiny and outside the bathroom, and while the TV worked, there was no volume control, so it was so low we couldn't hear it.
