“Will be better with a better rate...”

The location was convenient and the bottled water was fresh. In room 509, the carpentry was problematic: the luggage compartment for the router was loose and dropped a few times on my toes, which hurt. The drawer above the fridge should have a sign saying “do not open”; sharp wood pricked my fingers.

The breakfast menu could have been better, but it was improved compared to last year. The location is excellent – you can just hang out at the mall, visit nearby temples, or go into the city. The staff were very courteous and room service was very good. The fruit selection, especially the watermelon, was a bit stale and could have been better; Teh tarik should be available every day. Most items were non‑vegetarian, and healthy options could have been expanded.

It was convenient and located next to a good mall.

“An excellent and comfortable stay”

Thanks to G, we received upgraded rooms. The location is very close to two shopping malls. We liked the breakfast, as some items change daily.
