Elite Hotel

I got checked in quickly, but the hotel is far from the city center, though the airport is nearby.

Nothing good. A few hours before arrival, they sent a one‑way email saying our room had been handed over to someone else, even though we were already on the flight from Moscow. We were supposed to check in during the festival when many tourists were coming, and apparently we weren’t the only ones affected.

We booked a room two months in advance, yet on the day of arrival the staff called and said they wanted to cancel our reservation because all rooms were supposedly occupied. They stopped replying afterward. We had to scramble for a replacement. When they finally responded, they claimed a room would free up only late that evening, but by then it was too late for us. Keep this in mind when booking.

“It's ok”

The location, price, and staff were fine. However, the listing claims breakfast is included, yet no breakfast was actually provided. Housekeeping only comes if you ask. Also, the key card needs to be reconfigured every day before it will unlock the door, which is very inconvenient.
