Friendly staff, plenty of explanations, lovely patio, the bed was comfortable. The lighting was harsh.
“Parfait séjour en plein cœur de la vieille ville”
The room is located right in the old centre of Ostuni, with stone walls and a typical vaulted ceiling. The bathroom is very pretty with a mix of stone and cement tiles. You can even prepare your breakfast there; everything is provided. Nothing negative.

Very good location, very close to the Rudiae gate. We always found free parking on the same street. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very friendly. The breakfast was a problem: we had it included in our reservation, but I would not consider a basket of industrial biscuits and croissants and a coffee machine with capsules that we couldn’t plug in because there was no outlet nearby to be a breakfast. We would have had to plug it in the bathroom or in another outlet that was under the TV and put the coffee machine or kettle on the floor. We didn’t have juices in the fridge, I see that others did. We had fresh water when we arrived, but over the three nights it was never restocked. The first day they did restock the croissants from the basket, but then they didn’t. So by the last morning we had nothing, but we went to eat Pasticciotos at Alvino and it was wonderful :-)

Location, cleanliness, size, condition all good. We changed the reservation from two to three people and were charged an extra 240 euros. We had to make the same change in Cisternino and Matera and paid 38 euros per day, which is a reasonable and standard price for both cities.
