The place sits in a good spot, but the dust was never fully removed or vacuumed.

For a 3.5‑star hotel it was impressively clean, yet the air‑con failed to cool and someone blasted techno music all night.

The hotel offered comfort right in the CBD, yet there were stairs and no lift.

The rooms were wonderfully spacious with balconies, the central location gave easy access to Lismore shops and transport, the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, the bed and furnishings were comfortable, checking in was easy with a key left in a locker for after‑hours access, the kitchen had everything needed for a holiday, I appreciated the safety of a locked screen door on each floor, and the reception staff on site were friendly and helpful.

The location was great, the room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfy and well sized, but the shower was too small; I’m not a large person and barely had room to turn around.
