I didn’t even try the breakfast because it wasn’t appealing, so I’m not giving it a rating; I had a terrible night and the receptionist was racist toward me, refusing to help with my request. From the moment I arrived she forced me to open a paper bag I was carrying, demanded I show her it contained chips and a Gatorade, and then gave me the worst room—right in front of the ice dispenser that everyone else used, which made a lot of noise and ruined my sleep. The worst part was that she charged me an extra $50 at check‑in, even though I’d already paid online, claiming it was a damage deposit. I don’t know her name, but I checked in around 11:30 pm on Friday, 9 October 2026, so it’s just a matter of finding out who was on duty that night. I say this hoping she improves or leaves if she doesn’t like the job, because the receptionist is the first impression a guest gets 😖

The hotel was unclean; dust covered the walls in the room, the bed looked questionable, and the hallway carpet was extremely dirty. I couldn’t stay there. I lost $125 because I had to pay for the first night even though I didn’t stay. Very disappointed.
