The hotel was convenient, the coffee shop was good, and the staff were friendly, plus the outdoor shower was a nice touch. The pillows were very uncomfortable and too high for me and my partner, and the AC unit was loud whenever it turned on, making it hard to sleep. Parking was tight but manageable, and the water pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible.

The staff were extremely hospitable, with Shannon and Melissa making me feel at home the whole time; they recommended food and entertainment spots and even pulled up directions for me. The room was spotless and I’m already looking forward to returning. The location was perfect, though I was a bit disappointed that the penthouse suite was already occupied, so I’ll make sure to book the Ph suite next time.

The place was clean, close to restaurants and the beach, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The light in the front was bright all night, and the beds were uncomfortable.

I loved the quality of the soap, shampoo, conditioner, and even the soft towels. The renovations gave it a modern feel and made it very comfortable, with a clean scent as soon as you walk in. There was no need to check in or out at the front desk; everything was provided and communicated via text, and the keypad on the door instead of a keycard was extremely convenient.

The rooms, the view, the staff, and the living space were all fantastic. The parking situation was horrible, especially since we were in the penthouse; the car next to us parked over the line so we had to navigate through landscaping to get out, and we had to back out first to get into the car.
