Customer service was excellent. The hotel itself feels dated; the room was fine, but the hallways were darker and very old (old carpet, dingy paint, etc.), and the exterior looked drab.

It was good for the price. The first room had a musty smell, but the second room I stayed in had no odor and was more comfortable.
